Job Description

HR Project Manager - *6/9-month fixed term contract. Immediately available*No Agency please. Youll have the confidence and determination to identify and overcome barriers.Were looking for someone who can also demonstrate good verbal and written communication with excellent organisational skills. You’ll be able to produce high quality reports indicating the key elements of a project.Essential

  • Implementation of projects - ideally in HR - Embedding of Values/Competencies - though we will consider applicants with the right mix of project management and HR or people change experience.
  • Knowledge of key HR people processes.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to hit the ground running and establish yourself quickly in live delivery environment while working remotely as applicable.
  • Ability to build relationships of trust and credibility.
  • A passion for making a difference to the organisational People agenda.
  • Ability to develop and manage project status reports.
  • Must be able to attend Keighley site at least 2 days per week or as required.
