Job Description

This is an exciting time to join a leading and award winning provider of cultural change, conflict management and leadership development. The job role is brand new and you will be a coordinator for transformational culture.Job responsibilities

  • Build effective commercial relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering service excellence for our range of organisational development (OD), leadership and management programmes and coaching services.
  • Develop systems, processes and resources which streamline operations and deliver maximum value to our customers
  • Work with prospective and existing customers to assess their needs and to create tailored services and proposals.
  • Liaise with consultants to allocate engagements, including the preparation of contracts and other administrative support.
  • . Ensure adequate quality assurance of programmes using company systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer and consultant throughout an assignment ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Update records on the company CRM.
Other responsibilities which may be required
  • To work as an active member of the team and to be flexible and adaptable based on the changing needs of the business.
  • Assisting with enquiries as they come into the business.
  • Supporting the setup and management for other assignments including administrative support.
  • Answering the phone and diverting calls/taking messages as required.
Experience required
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a coordinator or senior administrator role within a fastpaced working environment.
  • Experience of operating effectively in an evolving, complex, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience of working on multiple projects and managing complex information.
  • A track record in driving continuous improvement which has contributed to business growth.
Knowledge and skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills at all levels of an organisation.
  • Able to manage and analyse large data sets.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and has high levels of personal resilience.
Monday - Friday09:00 - 17:00 | Earnings expected over £40,000.00 PA.£25,000.00 - £30,000.00 basic salary + profit share in excess on £15,000.00 annually.
