Job Description

Account Manager/Inbound SalesIrlam, Manchester£22,000 - Hybrid Working - CommissionWe are looking for an individual with experience working in Account Management, Sales or Customer Service to join the busy team of our client based in Irlam, Manchester. The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for creating and maximisingsales opportunities through a consultative approach whilst maintain excellent customer relationsKey responsibilities for the job:

  • Handle inbound enquiries from customers
  • Provide a high level of service and advice to customers to recommend products best suited to their needs
  • Look for opportunities to upsell additional products and services
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge and information and provide quotes over the phone and email
  • Answer customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing customer accounts, meeting needs and offering solutions to any problems that arise
  • Building strong, professional relationships with customers
  • Work to achieve sales targets
Required Skills and Experiences for the job:
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment
  • Previous experience
  • Ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask
