Job Description

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Showroom Consultant to join our 40 year old bathroom showroom which is located in a prime position in Ipswich.This role is offered on a permanent basis working 24 hours over 3 full days per week. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 7.30am - 5pm and you will also be required to work 1 Saturday in 3 from 9am - 12pm.About the roleWorking in our bright and airy showroom you will:

  • speak to customers and suppliers daily, ensuring a very high level of customer service is offered at all times
  • design bathrooms; listen and engage with your customer to offer the best products available to suit their needs
  • general housekeeping of the showroom making sure it is always presentable and products are priced correctly
    • About youYou will have worked in a customer facing sales role which will have given you skills to be able to confidently deal with the general public and trade customers.If you do have previous bathroom design experience great, however we can train you on the bespoke design packages we use, therefore a good level of PC literacy is required to assist you with this.We have high volumes of work in the showroom so your ability to work under pressure will go along way in helping you to meet customer deadlines.We can offer you the opportunity to work in a brand new bright and spacious showroom where we have a good variety of product to sell from, so with the training and support from the small team around you, you can be on your way to achieving success.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
