Service Advisor Vacancy (Motor Trade)IpswichSalary: Up to £22,000 + bonus (OTE 25k, Uncapped)Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays (8.30am-1pm)OC9763I am searching for an experienced Service Advisor in Ipswich to fill a position that has become available at our clients busy dealership. Working in a busy department, processing upwards of 40 customers a day, a large group of technicians and an excellent marketing leading brand/product.The Role:The Aftersales function is very busy Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs. Support the after sales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department.
