We are looking to recruit a Resourcing Partner to join our busy Resourcing team for a initial fixed term period until 31 December 2021.The successful candidate will provide a high quality, comprehensive resourcing service to a clinical division, including providing expert advice and information to both Recruiting Managers and candidates and support them through the recruitment process.You will be responsible for the recruitment function for the division which will include planning and implementing recruitment campaigns, providing innovative recruitment and selection solutions to ensure that we attract and retain the best candidates. You will work with candidates and the resourcing team to ensure that pre employment checks are carried out to the necessary standard and completed in a timely manner.The role requires excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, personal resilience and a positive attitude.
