Were looking for someone that is a quick learner, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams and remain flexible, when required.ResponsibilitiesTo work with both customers and colleagues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.To review applications, completing a full underwriting assessment of whether the company should lend.To complete AML and KYC assessments, check and assess supporting documents, including financial accounts, bank statements and credit reportsTo work with customers to build a funding solution that is tailored to their plans, and maintain a relationship with customers.Ideally, Youll HavePassion - Entrepreneurs put their heart and soul into their business, and the least we can do is put OUR heart and soul into helping them.Hunger - Were rapidly-growing, and want people that are motivated by, and want to be a part of, that success.Personality - Were a diverse and close-knit team, and everyone mucks in together.Adaptability - Ideas are drawn from across the company on things like product updates, web development and marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Our customers often have bigger things to worry about than their application, not least the day-to-day running of their business.
