I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a leading Global ICT infrastructure solutions provider.Job Context Taking the challenge to embrace the fast-changing optoelectronic industry!Responsible for 1st stage reliability activity and failure analysis;Responsible for production validation reporting co-odinationMain Responsibilities Responsible for reliability test data collection and initial data analysis, e.g., trending filing and updating, failure identification and reporting;Responsible for 1st stage failure analysis, e.g., visual inspection, electro-luminance, FA record maintenance and external failure analysis logisticsResponsible to create draft production wafer validation reportManage assigned tasks and deliver them to agreed timeline;Take part in required internal and external technical training program;Any other ad hoc duty as requested by the Reliability Team leader.Skills/QualificationsEssential Skilled user of Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysisFamiliar with Microsoft office, e.g., Word and PowerPointAbility of small-size sample handlingFlexible attitude to working hoursDesirableDegree of relevant subjectPrevious experience of parametric testFamiliar to statistical analysis softwareExperience of semiconductor industry sectorKnowledge of III-V optoelectronic devicePersonal AttributesAble to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines;Proactive and innovative team player who is also capable of working independently;Displays a positive approach to working and actively seeks to share ideas and information with colleagues;Able to demonstrate attention to detail;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to ensure prioritisation of workloads dovetails with the needs of the business; Additional InformationCandidates must be eligible to, and hold all relevant finalised paperwork, to live and work in the UK.
