Job Description

Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading local business who is currently seeking to appoint a high calibre Project & Operations Administrator, to be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative assistance to the team.

  • Check sales material orders against the Technical specification
  • Communicate with the external salesforce regarding any discrepancies identified
  • Communicate with internal departments over project queries
  • Deal with enquires via telephone and email
  • Log/update project details on master spreadsheet
  • Raise quotes, orders and invoices
  • This is an extremely varied role, where the successful candidate will be involved in supporting a wide remit of activities, to include working with approved contractors, reporting, project coordination and general administrative support.To be considered for this excellent opportunity applicants must have proven office / administrative experience gained from a professional environment. Construction would be idealIt is essential that you have the ability to take responsibility for your own workloads and to show initiative. Candidates must be proficient in the primary MS packages, particularly Excel. You will need to demonstrate the relevant skills whilst being able to show tenacity, assertiveness whilst remaining polite and courteous at all times. You must be able to communicate at all levels and be confident, competent and professional in your work. Required skills
