We are delighted to be working with a prestigious organisation within the Agricultural sector. This is a rare opportunity to join their growing Business Services team as a specialist, leading the procurement and supply of farming machinery, covering abroad range of products/services ranging from machinery parts through to new state of the art, high-end machinery investments.Agri experience is not essential, however you will possess a background in selling / procuring technical products (does not have to Argi related). Experience is preferred, however our client is also open to speaking with graduates who have a related Agriculturedegree, and can demonstrate a real passion for farming. This is why there is such a salary range on offer, those with relevant machinery experience will secure the higher end of the salary range. Full training is provided, this is a real opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing the very best customer experience within a demanding and fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude are a must. A clear career path is on offer, with the opportunity to progress into a management role within the next 2 - 3 years. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting a large portfolio of existing clients with their farming machinery needs. You will be securing the most competitive new supplier deals for a range of products and services. This is not a targeted/pressurised procurement role, ideal from someonelooking to move out of sales, into account management/buying. * Working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.* Providing the very best customer service, you will have a passion for wowing your clients to develop long-term business relationships.Essential Skills:* Previous experience of procuring farming machinery is not essential as full training will be provided, however you must demonstrate experience of selling/procuring technical products. A great work ethic and a passion to develop both professionally and personally.You will take pride in providing the very best service and support..* A great attitude to take advantage of the robust training support and career advancement opportunities.
