About The RoleOne of our Civil Engineering clients are currently looking to recruit a Performance Analyst (KPI) to work on their Suffolk Highways contract in Ipswich.As a Performance Analyst (KPI) you will be part of the Efficiency and Performance Team who are responsible for overall contract performance, quality, business improvement, social value and communications.As the Performance Analyst your duties & responsibilities will include:- Proactively monitor and report on key performance measures across the contract to the Senior Leadership Team- Analyse data sets across several workstreams identifying trends and keeping key stakeholders informed- Supporting the Programme Manager with cyclical maintenance programme monitoring including supply chain management- Produce reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis- Support the development and implementation of digital dashboards across the business- Work closely with the Operational teams to develop and implement efficient processes, continuously working to drive improvement- Supporting the Operational and Scheduling teams during periods of high-demand and adverse weather conditions- Supporting the Efficiency & Performance Manager with business improvement projects and overall contract performance- Develop data reporting tools to ensure key performance data is accessible to the wider business- Support the Social Value and Communications Manger with the effective communication of programmes of works for different stakeholdersSkills & Knowledge Requirements- Strong analytical skills including confidence with large data sets- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)- Experience with digital dashboards (particularly Power BI) desirable but not compulsory- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Confidence to escalate performance concerns or challenge as requiredBenefits Include:28 Days Holiday + 8 Bank HolidaysPension SchemeLife AssuranceDiscount Platform
