The main purpose of this role issales generationand to act as the primary point of contact for perspective housebuyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.Working Days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (Yes you read correctly you get every Wed and Sun off)Working Hours: 10.00am5.00pm (Yes you can have a lie in, walk the dog or maybe drop the kids off at school before work)Whats in it for you as ourNew Homes Sales Advisor

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Advisor
  • Effectively managessales generationby utilising development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources and developer relationships.
  • Serves astrusted advisorand primary point of contact for homebuyer from initial meeting through to home completion.
  • Builds confidencewith potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Generates buy in by effectivelyidentifying needsof potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
Skills and experience required from our New Homes Advisor
  • New Homes Salesexperience with a builder / developer or estate agency background
  • Able tobuild relationshipsanddeliver salesin atarget drivenenvironment
  • Outstandingcustomer care/customer serviceexperience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerateanddetail oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your owninitiative
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
  • IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
