Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning ManagerIncome GenerationFull time, permanent position; 35 hours per weekStarting salary £29,912 per annumBased in Ipswich, Central OfficeWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager to join our Income and Marketing Team at Ormiston Families. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work that we do and will support our successful team in creating valuable relationships with stakeholders and employees. You will have a high level of experience or working in the third sector and in designing, executing, and embedding impact measurement and monitoring frameworks.The post holder will develop and implement impact measurement and evaluation strategy across all our services. The role will be central to creating an impact culture and embedding evaluation into service development and delivery across our projects. You will enable the organisation to prove and enhance our value to our partners and supporters, continuously learn, improve, and innovate and keep ourselves accountable to our key stakeholders.This is both an internal and external facing role and you will need to be an excellent communicator and team player, confidently working with colleagues within the organisation to understand trends and their concerns, promote findings and recommendations, and develop new and better ways of working.
