Welcome to Taylor Whitmore.We have the pleasure of working with a well known family business local to Ipswich who are looking for a logistics Co-ordinator.Order processing and confirmation.Liaise with Customers, Customs and Hauliers ensuring all documents are received within the designated time frame.Liaising with the Transport department in terms of scheduling and transport compliance.Completing Export customs clearance and Annex VII to ensure loads can be shippedManage the export process from start to finish, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key customersResolving service-related queries and invoice/charge queries on behalf of the customer with the support of the finance and sales team.Carry out various administrative tasks, including preparing and handling all relevant documentationUpdating customer details on our CRM systemEstablish and develop good working relationships with all stakeholders, including Customers, Drivers, Transport Manager, the Sales team, and third-party contractorsProvide cover for other admin roles within the department subject to the relevant training and experience.For further information or a confidential chat, please call our Ipswich office or send in your CV ASAP .We look forward to hearing from you soon.
