The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is pleased to be recruiting for an Interior Designer for their client based in Ipswich.Our client works collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and end users to create buildings that are beautifully designed, inside and out.The role:*The focus of this role will be to contribute to all aspects of interior design, ranging from presentations for clients to working with the construction team. *Prepare and present feasibility reports, mood boards and high-quality design proposals to the client.*Prepare applications for planning and building control *Choose materials to be used and the requirements for the project, based on site and environmental criteria *Produce BIM compliant working drawings and specifications *Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and architectural assistants Essential:*Strong interior design and drawing skills *A keen interest in buildings and the built environment *Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals *An understanding of the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment *Good technical construction knowledge For more information on this position, please contact Just Recruitment Group Ltd on telephone quoting job reference 910296Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
