Individual Giving ManagerIncome GenerationFull time, permanent position; 35 hours per weekStarting salary £29,912 per annum pro rata per annumBased in Ipswich, Central OfficeWe have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual Giving professional to join Ormiston Families. Reporting to the director of income generation and marketing, the individual giving manager will play an important role in the development and management of individual giving campaigns. This is an exciting new role within the income generation team which raises income through donations and fundraising from individuals, trusts, corporate partners, events, a third-party weekly lottery, runs and challenges as well as from statutory sources.The post holder will work collaboratively with the wider income generation team to ensure our supporter journeys are maximising lifetime value and that new supporters are stewarded towards further engagement. The role will entail both direct and digital marketing campaigns to support the organisation’s ambitious growth.The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level and have knowledge of the principles and practices of fundraising.
