A well-respected freight forwarder is looking to recruit an Import Entry Clerk to join their busy & friendly team in Ipswich. If you have previous import Customs entry experience and are looking to make your next career move, this could be the perfect role for youThe Role:As an Import Entry Clerk you will be responsible for preparing Customs entries, in the main for import shipments, but also some exports – these include NCTS & CED declarations. You will ensure that goods are classified to the correct tariff code, and ensure timely clearance, ready for final delivery. You will provide excellent customer service to the company’s clients, updating them regularly on the progress of their shipments.
