We are keen to be pro-active bringing together brilliant people to do brilliant things to help towards the next big breakthroughs. We want to improve human health and have a planet to hand to the next generation.Placing ourselves in market places where huge sums of investment are being made is clearly a good commercial route to success but success can be measured in many ways and we believe revenue is an outcome of a job well done. If we can come together to solve some of the worlds problems while also operating a successful business what could be better!The vision for the organisation has always been a far more wide reaching offering that distances itself from mainstream recruitment models. 2021 is the year we are pushing ahead with this vision, the past 12 months have been spent working with industry experts from across a wide range of sectors, aligning and defining our own vision with theirs. We have been hugely supported by some brilliant minds including individuals behind some of the worlds leading companies. A collaboration between ourselves and the successful team behind Pixie Lott, Kylie Minogue & Dua Lipa to name a few had us on set filming with Pixie Lott prior to Christmas. Our new web platform is weeks from launch, along with our own in-house developed software platform.Our Ignite and Altitude offering will see us working more closely with the next wave of entrepreneurs hand in hand with our panel of experts offering services far outside the scope of traditional Human resources / Talent Management arenas. All under the watchful eye of our innovation Director a seasoned professional within the Digital / Technology space with experience of working across the Globe developing and launching products and services for leading brands.At the centre of everything we do are Humans, experience has shown us that every successful company, idea, venture or product all starts with bringing the right people together, and we are no different. We have had the opportunity to learn from our client partners journeys. Their failures, successes, fears, indecision, setbacks, and pivotal decisions we have witnessed first hand from a unique 3rd party perspective. That voyeur insight to their stories enabled us to amass a vast host of information that makes us perfectly placed to offer advice to our client partners enabling them to build an ecosystem that through the power of Human Dynamics leads to successful high revenue organisations.In addition to our own in-house expertise, we have attracted leading names from across industry, many of whom are leaders of Global / National companies in their own right all willing to offer up their time to the next wave of startups through our top table offering. The world has changed and the traditional VC model is rapidly shifting we partner with young vibrant companies and more established Restarts to enable them to maximise their products and Services, lending them expert advice to accelerate their offerings and shortening their runways to funding rounds and ultimate Launch whether thats a new Product/Service, a new company, or an established business pivoting their offering.Who we are looking to join us:A new wave of Human Experts is needed to help us with our expansion plans. Individuals who wont shy away from working with celebrities, senior board members or a hard days work alongside innovators and entrepreneurs and fulfill the title Consultant in a way that is a world away from the current industry norms within the Recruitment / Talent sector.Talented individuals come in many forms and we believe the right mindset, attitude, and hard work combined with emotional intelligence go a long way.Experience / Background:With Green Technologies, Tech, Scientific, Engineering, and Health at the core of our sector offerings we are open to speaking with professionals who are used to working within these spaces in Service Delivery / Sales / Account Management roles where you can combine your sector experience with our own process.We are also very keen to hear from Talent Managers or Recruiters who are disgruntled with industry norms, who thrive on the emotional rollercoaster that comes with our sector and are not afraid of hard work or embracing new ways of working but have a hunger to work in a new culture that places Humans before profits.We are going through a period of rapid change both externally as a human population and as a company with new Tech and working practices, and the pace is at times almost overwhelming. Individuals joining us should expect to work hard, you should expect setbacks and change to be part of your working week. You will be pushed to be the best you can be, your working methods will be challenged and we cant guarantee every day will be a picnic.
