Job Description

Job Title: HR and Operations ManagerLocation: Ipswich, UKPart-Time (3 days a week - 2 days in the office, 1 day remote)About The Company:We are representing a dynamic customer experience consultancy company based in Ipswich, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for their clients. We are seeking a talented HR and Operations Manager to join their team and contribute to the successof the organisation.The Role:As the HR and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys culture and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. This is a part-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoyinga flexible work schedule.Human Resources:

  • Manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead strategic HR activities, including performance reviews, training plans, and fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from team members.
Operations:
  • Take charge of day-to-day office operations, ensuring a positive working environment.
  • Handle tasks such as purchasing office supplies, coordinating events (e.g., Christmas parties, QBR meetings), and other operational responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify and address office-related challenges to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
What we are looking for from you…
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR and Operations role, with a preference for candidates who have worked within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in managing HR matters and office operations.
