Export CoordinatorLocation: IpswichSalary: Dependent on ExperienceWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Export Coordinator ready to take on this new challenge.About the roleThis role is ideal for a proactive and well organised individual who must have valuable export and Seafreight experience, aarranging the collection of goods, customs clearance, and precise completion of export documentation, providing excellent customer service, remaining professional and courteous manner to clients at all times.What will I be doingDeal with correspondences on new bookings with agent and customersPlace booking with carriers / co loaderReceive confirmation from carrier / co loaderConfirm bookings to agents / customer through CargoWiseLoad Shipment into Cargo WiseKeep agents & customer updated on booking and confirmationsArrange TVGM / VGM for FCLComplete customs entry/knowledge on export licencesEnsure all correspondence are loaded in Cargo WiseComplete AMS & ISF details to agents / co loader & shippingLIMA update - Vendor Booking / Shipment Booking Tool / CY Delivered for FCL & CFS Received for LCL for LIMA customers Complete AMS & ISF details to agents / co loader & shippingArrange B/L instructions to carrier/co loaderUpdate Cargo Wise and send draft BL to agent/shipper forComplete any certificates or legislations documentationSending pre alertsLIMA update - Manifest / Master BL / Vessel Departure & Transhipment ConfirmationFile reserved and invoiced out / invoices passed to internal accounts for processingWhat are the requirementsYou will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) and aboveYou will have excellent communication skills, spoken and writtenSeafreight and Export experience is essentialBuild good working relationships with work colleagues and our customersExcellent attention to detail, friendly and helpful natureProven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.Able to handle difficult situations.Proven ability to work on own initiative.Strong PC Literacy including Word & ExcelLooking for a future career and progression within a growing companyStrong PC literacy including Word & ExcelWho are weAllport Cargo Services (part of EV Cargo) are a global supply chain and logistics company.
