Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs an Electrician focused on our testing portfolio, you will carry out electrical tests and inspection works to all internal and external clients within your area, primarily our domestic housing portfolio. Your main duties will include fixed wire testingof properties, 1st and 2nd fix installation work, consumer unit changes, electrical rewires, wiring upgrades, minor works repairs as required, emergency lighting and fault finding.Working in partnership with the wider team, you will be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out on time and within the Groups policies and procedures with regards to Health & Safety, housing management and maintenance.You will be part of a call out rota for the area for this area which will be discussed during interview.Please download the job description for further information.More about youThis is a technical role and therefore there is some criteria that you will need to be able to meet in order for us to progress your application further. You will need to demonstrate in your CV/application that you possess an NVQ level 3 in ElectrotechnicalQualification, 2391 Inspection Testing and 18th Edition of wiring regulations.It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working in domestic properties and you will have a strong understanding of of the importance of health and safety in the workplace.The benefitsWe are a large diverse and ambitious business, which will give you job security and all the challenge you could wish for.
