Czech Speaking Claims Handler - Remote Working - Ipswich BasedUp to £19,000A successful and growing Company is looking to recruit a fluent Czech speaker into their Claims department.Due to continued growth, they have an opportunity for a motivated and driven Claims Handler with fluency in the Czech language to join their team. You will manage the claims of your Czech client base by analysing the information provided and if appropriate processing their claim and arranging settlements.You will use email and phone regarding questions/claim requirements and keep your customers informed about the resolution of their claims. It is essential that you can speak fluent English and native level of Czech both oral and written. You will also need to have good computer and team work skills, preferably gained within a professional customer service environment.The organisation is successfully operating with everyone Working From Home and this is the model that will continue going forward. When restrictions allow, there maybe occasional be face to face meetings or training, so being accessible to Ipswich is important. Required skills
