Job Description

  • Previous customer service & sales experience, working in a target driven role
  • Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone and tailor your communication styles to each individual.
  • An enthusiastic personality, with a drive to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with difficult conversations and turn them into a positive outcome
  • Previous experience of building relationships with clients
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
The role
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to increase spend by understanding the clients need and discussing contractual agreements in a positive manner
  • Using negotiation skills to become a one stop shop for all the clients needs
  • Speaking to clients who no longer spend with the company to understand why and re-establish the relationship
  • Providing support to Business Development Managers
  • Calling all new and returning clients to ensure they are happy with the service provided and offer additional products
  • Ensuring all administration tasks are completed
