Job Description

CRM & Project CoordinatorThe purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Director and the Salesforce development team to ensure cohesive Salesforce development and implementation across the business. You do not need previous Marketing experience for this role, however experience of campaigns is critical, as is good understanding of base Salesforce knowledge and marketing cloud.Duties will include:

  • Assisting users with process queries and assisting users with data queries
  • Logging and resolving system issues
  • Support users in their use of sales tools and processes
  • End user and administrative testing for marketing functionality
  • Ability to create and administrate new user accounts
  • Updating user views and pages as necessary and updating reports visibility for individual users
  • Updating reports to report on more appropriate fields as requirements change
  • Interrogate data and monitor trends. Monitoring data quality and ensuring processes are adhered to
  • Ensuring data is stored and managed in alignment with GDPR
  • Reporting on data to determine success of telemarketing or other campaigns such as email
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms
  • Understand the integration of existing databases and linking towards CRM (EMS, ERP systems and bespoke systems)
  • Familiarity with sharing data and functionality between Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of error logs and change management best practice, such as logging and recording activities and creating process documentation would be advantageous though not essential
  • Understanding reports, reporting parameters and report creation
  • Ability to create and modify User Interface (screen views) for multiple users with different requirements across different hardware
  • Experience, understanding and application of GDPR best practice to maintain compliant data
  • Effective collaborator - working with different departments and groups across the business
  • Advanced MS Excel experience
