Credit Control ManagerRemote Working - Ipswich£30k - £35kOur Market Leading International Insurance client is looking to recruit another Credit Control Manager at this exciting time of their development.You will be an experienced Accounts Controller who has already had some managerial responsibilities but now want to progress your career with a major International Employer and to develop your managerial abilities.You will lead and motivate your team of Credit Controllers to ensure all of their accounts are serviced to the highest possible standards and within deadlines.As Credit Control Manager your key responsibilities will include:* Overall responsibility for a team of Credit Controllers.* Maintain the provision of a high quality credit control service to the Business Units.* Actively service accounts to a high standard and within deadlines; render statements, allocate incoming cash, prepare payments to Clients/Underwriters and allocate outgoing cash.* Identify debtor related problems and negotiate/influence in order to collect successfully within targets.* Ensure secure, efficient and auditable handling of client monies.* Produce credit control reports.* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.* Leading, managing, motivating and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of your team.To be successful as Credit Control Manager you will demonstrate:* Significant knowledge and experience in Account Control, including complex ledgers - ideally in an Insurance environment* Proven experience in preparing and maintaining accurate and precise accounting records and reports * Credibility in managing internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication skills* Successful leadership of a team who have handled accounts and debts in a professional Corporate environment Required skills
