Job Description

Attwood Perks is currently partnering with a development-focused and progressive business in central Ipswich who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their highly innovate team on a permanent basis.As Business Analyst in this culture-first organisation, you will be required to get under the skin of the business, work closely with Key Stakeholders to effectively map an exciting mix of cutting-edge IT and business change projects. You will be requiredto collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.You will also recommend process improvements and the effective utilisation of suitable technology to manage the implementation of process improvement projects.You will have experience of working in a dynamic environment and ideally have knowledge of PRINCE2.Day to day duties include:

  • Requirement elicitation, analysis, interpretation and documentation;
  • Maintain and develop best practice relating to processes, tools and ways of working to improve and enhance efficiencies, as well as drive creativity and capabilities;
  • Work closely with other project team colleagues to provide support and knowledge sharing to meet workload demands;
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications;
  • Analysis of qualitative data and presenting the data in ways that can be used to drive design;
Experience Required:
  • Experience within a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role within a large, big-project business or technology environment;
  • A proven track of record of scoping out technology and / or digital transformation projects;
  • Exposure of using and understanding the different project delivery tools and techniques;
  • Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business support;
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of stakeholder management and conflict resolution;
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products;
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2;
