Area Manager - East AngliaUp to £43,160per annumMonday - Friday role.Hybrid role depending on business requirements.We are looking for an experience Area Manager to join our team to cover the East Anglia area of the UK.The role is todevelop and lead a team of managers to provide exceptional service to our clients and to manage the employee life cycle.Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adheredto. Drive facilities management and support service solutions that exceed customer requirements whilst delivering key financial targets and contractOverall Purpose of the Role

• To manage the provision of multiple Support Services in the East of England for a Total Facilities Management contract and to have overall to have responsibility for the delivery of all hard and soft services across the region. Sites portfolio includes13 sites.
• To have a full knowledge of all areas of work to be covered in the course of duty in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Track PPM and reactive job completion from start to end and provide weekly update as minimum to the Regional Property specialist
• Ensuring 100% statutory compliance is maintained at all times
• To manage safely all daily activities and adhere to the authority to work process
• To maintain a high standard of customer care at all times
• To adhere to all company and client dictated local procedures, policies and instructions

Who you are Essential

• A minimum of 2 years Area/ Regional Management experience within the Facilities Management business
• Experience of Hard & Soft Facilities Management
• Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
• Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams
• Ability to work flexibly & remotely
• Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results
• Successful implementation of any change programmes to deliver operational benefits
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• Corporate AlignmentAligns their team to the business, values, and commitments
• Results OrientationGoes the extra mile and targets their teams to deliver
• Valid driving license

Desirable

• SIA Licence holder
• Formal FM accreditation / qualification (IWFM) or working towards
• Experience of managing soft services, inc. contract catering delivery
• Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
