Job Description

An experienced Aftersales Executive with preferably 1 year of experience is needed to join the team at this award-winning motorcycle manufacturing company in Ipswich on a full-time basis.They are consistently ranked among the worlds top-valued brands and one of the fastest-growing motorcycle manufacturers in the world. They are the customers choice and the number 1 Dealership in the UK.You will be expected to work 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, and be available on the weekends if needed.This is an exciting opportunity to further your career with an established company that offers excellent career progression potential.About the RoleWorking in Aftersales, you are one of the first people customers meet when they come into the Dealership, a keen interest in outstanding customer service is therefore crucial. They want customers to recommend them to family and friends as a result of theirservice to them.If successful, you will be welcomed into their family-owned and managed team, where you will receive training in selling techniques, company processes and their aftersales customer care.   • To exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with them
  • To provide the very best customer service and create customer confidence in the company by demonstrating your knowledge in motorcycles and aftersales
  • To maximise aftersales department sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques
  • To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication
  • To record customer requirements and details accurately
  • To record vehicle details and service histories accurately, and effectively operate a customer follow-up system
  • To effectively operate a service department loading system
  • To manage customer orders including managing stock hold, supplier orders/returns, providing regular updates and correct closing of the sale admin
Required Skills:
  • Enthusiasm, energy and an ambition to be the best
  • To be impeccable in appearance
  • A keen interest in motorcycles
  • Experience in Aftersales
  • To be a good communicator and have great interaction skills
  • To be highly motivated and have the determination to succeed
  • To be well organised and be able to manage your time
  • As with any progressive business, they use a number of systems to manage their business. You will be computer literate and ideally have used computers and computer systems before
  • Much of what they do involves numbers, so basic mathematic skills are required
Required Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Motorcycle Licence (preferred)
