Job Description

Salary:Competitive salary + BonusJoin a Top Employer 2023..We have an exciting opportunity to join our William Wilson branch as a Show Room Consultant for an individual passionate about customer service. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 and you will be working one in every three Saturdays,8:00 - 12:00.In this role you will join one other member of staff in the showroom and seven other members of staff in the branch. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual who is able to support our customers when it comes to making big decisions abouttheir bathrooms.You will assist customers with any queries they have as well as helping customers make design decisions for their bathrooms. You will be expected to convert quotes and sales, helping the business meet their targets.Up for the challenge Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience
  • The ability to build strong relationships with new customers and be their first point of call for any queries they have
  • An interest in design and a passion to help customers design their bathrooms
  • A proactive and can do attitude. No job is too small and we would like someone who can get involved and help out the team in the branch where needed
