ARE YOU THE ONEAre you looking for short-term work with an immediate start If so, this could be the role for you!We’re recruiting a team of Product Technicians to upgrade of the latest software release on Samsung devices across various locations in the UK.You’ll be supporting mobile retail stores across a territory, so you’ll need a driving license and access to yourown vehicle (don’t worry – milage expenses will be paid!)We’re looking for tech savvy individuals that can learn and retain knowledge quickly, with the ability to work independently to hit targets.WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TOSOFTWARE UPGRADESGet hands on with the latest devices in store, conducting software updates on each mobile device across the Samsung rangeEnsure each device has a full install of the latest softwareSoftware updates can take between 60-90 minutes per deviceCOMPLIANCE CHECKSCheck that the software has been correctly installedAccurately report on software upgrade completionSoftware updates are tracked centrally, and completion targets will be reported on dailyCALL FILE COVERAGEVisit stores on your call file accurately, ensuring you achieve your target number of upgrades per dayARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER

You’re trustworthy, with the ability to work independently
You’re patient and dedicated to completing each upgrade successfully
You’re target driven – with a willingness to get the job done
You’re friendly, confident with an engaging approach
You’re flexible and adaptable
You’ve got a full UK driving license, willing to travel long distances when required

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Competitive Salary: £100 per day
Performance Bonus: £25 per day, paid on campaign completion
