Job Description

The Role - Procurement AdministratorPay rate - £11.15 per hourLocation - Inverurie, AberdeenshireHours - 9.00-17.00 (Office based)Are you a Procurement expertAre you interested in entering the world of Oil & GasDo you want to say goodbye to summer with a new career opportunityWe have a great newly released opportunity which has been created to support this function. As our client has experienced unprecedented growth within the last year, the Procurement Administrator will be tasked with joining an existing team and will overseeall the paperwork involved in the procurement side of the business and liaise on a regular basis with the warehouse regarding stock management and deliveries.There is parking on site, but our client is also easily accessible by public transport (10 minutes from Inverurie train station). How your day will look - * Document control of paperwork regarding purchasing of goods - including but not limited to vendors and purchase requisitions* Following up on the progress of orders and chasing any late deliveries * Quality control of deliveries and dispatch* Recording and raising non-conforming products. * Ensuring all equipment used has appropriate and valid up to date certification. * Ensuring PO numbers are accurate * Matching deliveries against supplier paperwork * Ensuring all deliveries match the delivery note by the supplier* Ensure tools have up to date certification & are safe for use* Ensure that site procedures are adhered to including matters of safety and security.* Manage and maintain the new supplier process - ensuring questionnaires are completed and returned along with required supporting documents* Prepare COSHH Assessments for products received into the stores and ensure SDS received with productsThe ideal candidate -* Previous procurement experience* Experience of preparing COSHH assessments (desirable)* Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines * Personal motivation and enthusiasmWe will only be shortlisting candidates for our client with ample experience within a procurement role but our client is open to candidate applications from all industry sectors and can provide COSHHH training.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
