Job Description

The RoleIT TechnicianAre you someone who is passionate about putting customers first, progressing your career, and having varied working days If yes, then this role could be for you!At Scotframe we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a IT Technician at our Inverurie office helping to deliver a good level of service and first line support to our system usersScotframe is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands, Scotframe has a strong track record of building quality homes in partnership with small and medium sized builders, developers and housing associations.What you will be doing:Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.

  • Dealing with customers both on the phone and over email
  • Troubleshooting IT related issues
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
  • Ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

Previous Customer Service experience is required.
