Scotframe manufactures and supplies full timber frame housing kits in the UK and is a market leader in closed panel systems used extensively for new build homes in Scotland and England.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and well established sales team and play a pivotal role in providing a first class service to our customers.Your responsibilities will include...

  • Achieving sales targets / objectives as set out in the overall sales plan including sales conversion, margins and forecasting
  • Working with our established clients and identifying potential new customers, and working to develop proposals that address their needs, concerns and objectives. Use a variety of styles to persuade and negotiate to achieve sales.
  • Acting in a safe manner at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Understanding and anticipating customers needs to delight our customers and provide them with an exceptional service
What kind of person are we looking for We are looking for an energetic individual who cares deeply about customers and is prepared to go the extra mile to deliver a fantastic experience for the customerYou must have experience in Sales / Estimating/Architectural Roles preferably within the Timber Frame IndustryA relevant degree level qualified or equivalent experience is desirableThe ability to identify and implement performance goals, priorities and recommend measuresGood business and commercial awareness - preferably gained from similar industryAble to translate technical language into simple termsStrong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbalIT literate in systems relevant to role i.e. CRM, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPointDriving licence (as travel and overnight stays may be required)What are the benefitsIn addition to a company car,competitive base salary plus an attractive bonus scheme, you will benefit from a significant focus on your own personal development and also have access to:
