Job Description

For almost 30 years, Greenergy has been investing in lower carbon renewable fuels that can be used in existing vehicles. As Europes largest manufacturer of waste-based biodiesel, renewables are core to Greenergys strategy to drive transport decarbonisationthrough continued leadership in renewables.Purpose of role: To be a key leading member of the Biofuels Technical team across the three biodiesel plants ensuring legal compliance and the best available techniques are used within the E&I discipline.You will play a central technical role within the biofuels central project delivery process and therefore will need to have good communication and technical management skills, ensuring the interface with the project manager and other technical disciplinesis efficient & effective.Full job specification provided on request. Ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to Masters Degree level
  • Chartered or at least working towards Chartership.
  • COMPEX responsible manager Ex14
  • Installing & maintaining EC&I equipment to required processes & standards.
  • Process control instrumentation & control technology.
  • Fault diagnosis & rectification
  • Working in & contributing to 24/7 operational environment.
  • Proven record of working to & delivering required business results.
  • Committed to development of self and others. Seeks opportunities to put learning into practice. Remains up to date with best practice.
  • Actively & consistently demonstrates enthusiasm & drive to succeed in order to support & meet business, plant, department & personal goals, within agreed timeframes & taking full responsibility for results.
