Job Description

Within the role, we need you to be proactive in dealing with prospects,converting them to business opportunities, and ultimately into new clients.You will be responsible for:

  • Building lasting relationships with businesses
  • Present boardroom presentations to global players in our target markets
  • Understanding our product offerings
  • Identify client needs
  • Generate your own opportunities as well as managing inbound enquiries.
About youWith a strong knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry, you’ll be responsible primarily for new business development and will be an integral part of a wider Commercial team. Within the role, we need you to be proactive in dealing with prospects,converting them to business opportunities, and ultimately into new clients.The Business Development Manager will need to have a great work ethic and be able to display the following key behaviours:
