F Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing client of ours in Ilkeston. Due to continued growth and success, our client is recruiting for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidatewill provide a first-class service by offering professional support and advice on orders, deliveries, queries, and new order enquiries. You will manage the end-to-end process for all customers whilst always providing an excellent service. Day to day duties will include: - Take incoming calls from customers regarding orders - Update customers on new products and services - Help build and maintain client relationships with existing and new accounts - Process orders accurately in line with customer requirements and internal processes - Help generate quotations on orders and offer best possible pricing - Offer advice on products - Manage customers expectations in a proactive manner via telephone or email regarding prices and discounts - Follow up regularly with customers who have made enquiries on prices and orders - Handle customer queries and complaints effectively - Understand what the customer wants and balance against business needs - Review stock availability and interpret production schedules - Collaborate with internal teams to address clients needs This role is great for someone who gets a real buzz from working in a fast paced, varied working environment, where no two days are ever the same.
