Job Description

My client are seeking water industry project managers to join them on a permanent staff basis in Derby. This opportunity will suit candidates with previous experience working within the sector, and you may be a Project Engineer looking to step upto the next level or already operating as a Project Manager in the utilities infrastructure sector.The business offer customers with a diverse range of market leading services including:

Whatever the project, we work in partnership with the client to deliver a successful solution always on time and within budget.The Role:We are currently seeking water industry experienced Project Managers to administer and run projects working alongside the operations teams in connection with the companys varying business sectors.Responsibilities:
  • To achieve the financial objectives and targets set for all contracts or other instructions by the Contracts Manager & Commercial Manager.
  • To control and manage the nominated work activities to meet the requirements of the contract agreements and programme.
  • To operate, manage and control the Company Quality, Environmental and Health &Safety systems.
  • Plan, implement and control activities, achieve objectives and follow the Company procedures and work instructions.
  • To liaise with pertinent personnel to ensure the product is meeting customers specifications, and to ensure responsibilities and requirements under the Duty of Care and Health & Safety Regulations are fully met at all times.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction.
The position will act as liaison With:Customers, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors as necessary.Personnel as appropriate, and in accordance with the Interface ProcedureThe companies Commercial Manager & Company DirectorsWill hold recognised qualifications and or experience in Project Management.
