Job Description

Gi Group are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator for a leading manufacturer based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Working hours are Monday to Friday days with a one hour early finish on Friday. Duties & Responsibilities:* Assist in negotiations with suppliers to obtain cost effective procurement.* Raise purchase orders and PO numbers.* Agree delivery dates with suppliers.* Ensure all materials are delivered to the correct quantity and quality. * Monitor supplier performance* Support the Sales Team with tender enquiries w* Carry out cycle counting, monthly and year end stock counts and investigations on variances.* Produce written reports and make presentations.Skills & Attributes* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills* Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.* Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making.This is a permanent full time opportunity for the right candidate and you will be joining an expanding company at a exciting period in their history.
