SF Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Compliance Manager for their client based in Nottinghamshire. Due to some huge growth in the company they now need to employ an experience Fleet Compliance Manager. The role will Primarily consist ofday to day management of the fleet compliance team. This will be working Monday to Friday, 8 Hour shifts, no weekends and also includes some fantastic benefits and a yearly bonus. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable experience of people management skills, Customer service delivery track record and LCV or HGV technical experience. Key Duties: Ensure both teams within the LCV & HGV Maintenance management programme work to pre-agreed KPIs. Make sure diary is fully booked well in advance for annual testing and other legislative bookings such as PMs The recall programme is continuously monitored and actioned as appropriate Make sure the Fleet Compliance team works with our event management colleagues to maximise uptime of vehicles All Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required. As a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. Ensure we are achieving the most cost-effective repairs in line with our high-quality standards. Any maintenance failings are fully investigated and followed up internally and externally. 3 Years compliance management is essential.
