Our client, a well-established, successful and ambitious Waste Management SME based near Derby/Nottingham, is looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead the business on the next exciting phase of its growth journey.As well as leading, supporting and developing the Finance Team you will be responsible for supporting and advising the Senior Management Team with the next stage of the business development and ambitious growth trajectory.The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), as well as an experienced finance leader (FD/CFO) with a proven track record of growth in an SME environment. This is a hands-on role and requires someone who is a proactiveself-starter with operational and strategic/commercial experience, and who is not afraid to get stuck in wherever necessary. This is a fully rounded finance leadership role and offers an opportunity go on an exciting growth journey for the right candidate.
