Job Title: Customer Service Executive (12 month FTC)Location: IlkestonSalary: £20K-£22KHours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PMThe CompanyOur client, a concreate product supplier, are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills to join them as a Customer Service Executive.The Role Develop successful working relationships with new and existing customers Undertake proactive selling via all internal based methods to exceed sales targets Close liaison internally with all departments but particularly technical, finance and production to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and the company Prepare of tender application through to submissions Forward planning, forecasting and workload management Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison skills required. Raising credit notes and general order administration to ensure an efficient customer experienceResolving customer issues and proactively supporting solutions Compiling monthly sales reportsThe candidate Experience of using CRM software would be advantageousProficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software & Microsoft office packagesOrganised and efficient, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Self-driven, results oriented with a can-do attitude and positive outlook
