Job Description

Crane OperatorAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Crane Operator based at the McGovern Crane Hire depot in Ilkeston. The successful candidate will earn £40,000-£55,000pa dependent on experience and hours worked.The fleet comprises of Kato, Demag and Liebherr Cranes from 13te up to 230te also including mobile tower cranes.Why should you apply

Role Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Crane Operator
  • LGV + C
  • CPCS A60 Mobile Crane
  • CPCS A40 - Slinger/Signaller is preferred but not essential
  • Willing to work away from home during the week as required (not often)- accommodation is provided and meal allowance + Working away bonus.
Role Responsibilities
  • You will be operating some of the most modern cranes on the market.
  • Inspecting equipment daily to ensure it is in full working order and reporting any faults.
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures and policies are followed.
