Job Description

Administrator, Salary: £24k, Based: Ilkeston, Derbyshire. *Working on a 12-month fixed term contractWe require a Customer Service Administrator to work for a leading company who specialise in the hire and sale of portable cabins / accommodation and associated products. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational & Salesdepartment, raising quotes and undertaking all administrative duties needed to process orders and then providing customer support post-delivery.Main responsibilities:

  • With information passed from the Internal Sales team prepare written quotations via the Insphire system
  • Once converted to an order by Internal Sales, process all paperwork and arrange contract requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to arrange labour attendance on site and additional products.
  • Provide customer service support post-delivery.
  • Operational product ordering.
  • Raise invoices.
  • Processing depot Off Hires
  • General administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Administrator role, preferably with experience of processing sales orders and providing excellent customer service.
  • A good level of skill in Microsoft Office products and I.T systems in general
  • Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan, organise and think on your feet.
  • Highly organized and methodical, and must be capable of managing own time in order to meet deadlines.
