Job Description

CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a fast paced and rapidly growing international business based in Ilfracombe, North Devon with values at the core of their organisation. They are looking to recruit a Resourcing Specialist who will be responsiblefor resourcing quality skilled labour and will be part of the HR senior leadership team.What will the role involve

  • Responsible for all resourcing needs of the business including contractors, working with the relevant hiring manager from start to finish;
  • Developing and managing talent pools for the business, ensuring that timescales are met;
  • Managing and monitoring the recruitment budget;
  • Develop the online and social media employee branding strategy;
  • Coordination of all selection activities including multi vacancy assessment centres
Suitable Candidate:
  • Has credible direct sourcing , end-to-end recruitment experience;
  • Delivery is key here, not strategy. Number of roles will be managed to give realistic; opportunity for success, and will need to deliver as a result;
  • Ideally worked within a manufacturing/logistics environment.
