If you want to work for a company where you can learn and grow to your full potential, and help to make a difference to the lives ofothers, keep readingCompetencies:* Use of relevant computer systems * Communication skills * Problem solving skills * Team building skills * Team player * Facilitation skills * Coaching skills * Organisation SkillsResponsibilities:* To lead a team of Process Operators in manufacturing operations, working closely with the Value Stream Leader, Engineers, Quality and other support staff to achieve the agreed team manufacturing targets for effective Daily Management through the applicationof the principles of Process Excellence utilising DBS Tools. * The position requires several skills: Use of relevant computer systems, communication skills, problem solving skills, team building skills and being a team player. * Responsible for the quality and production output from the team recording hourly outputs and contacting the Value Stream Leader when targets have not been achieved.
