Job Description

Domiciliary Care WorkerWe are looking for fantastic Community Carers! This could be the perfect role for you!The CompanyNurse Seekers are excited to be recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers for our client who fantastic, small, family run home care provider based in Ilfracombe operating since 2018. Throughout this period, they have built a great representation within the areafor the standard of care provided.Our client operates a service which means their clients can remain independent, safe and happy in their own homes. They offer a tailored service which is totally bespoke to each individual and 100% matched to their needs.The RoleThe client is currently looking for Domiciliary Care Workers to add to their already established and well experienced team to cover the Ilfracombe area and neighbouring towns and villages.You will be providing exceptional quality care to private clients in their own homes whilst promoting the clients right, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity.The main duties include but are not limited to:

  1. To provide quality care to clients as outlined in the client person-centred Care Plan. Daily tasks could include:
  • Personal Care
  • Assistance with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Preparing medication
  • Helping clients access community services
  1. To monitor and report changes in clients condition.
  2. To keep clear, up to date, and accurate records, reporting any changes in a timely manner.
For this role you must have a full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle with relevant insurance.Benefits
