Job Description

Job Title: Production Operatives - Night and dayShiftsPay: £13.14 - £14.82 per hour (£9.88 Base rate + Shift allowance)Company: Cordant People on behalf of Pall Europe LtdLocation: Ilfracombe, North DevonContract Type: Temporary to Permanent or PermanentHours: Full time - 12 hour shifts or 8 hour night shiftsPay: £13.14 - £14.82 per hour (£9.88 Base rate + Shift allowance)Cordant People is working in collaboration with Pall Europe Ltd to recruit day and night shift Production Operatives for their expanding site in Ilfracombe. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industrial global leader in Life Sciences inthe North Devon area.What will the role involveYou will assist in the full life cycle and production of medical grade filtration devicesDuties will include:

  • Operating machinery
  • Assembly of medical devices
  • Visual and manual quality checks of all medical devices
  • Accurate completion of audited pharmaceutical paperwork
  • Boxing and packaging of products
  • Adhering to clean room procedures at all times
No experience is necessary for these roles, you just need the following skills:
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail as 50% of this role is accurate completion of audited pharmaceutical paperwork
  • A commonsense approach and great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken communication
  • High levels of dexterity
