The successful candidate will be an integral part of really exciting business transformation, offering the essential support and assurance services for ourorganisational change.In this role, strategic collaboration with Change and business Leaders is essential. The goal is to streamline Change delivery by providing reliable insights for decision-making, ensuring delivery assurance, and pinpointing opportunities for improvement. Key services typically include: planning, resource management and tracking, risk and issue management, coaching,reporting, benefits tracking, financial management, governance and delivery method compliance.- Ensure there is a clarity of benefit targets and realisation, aligned to the strategic drivers for the Transformation and the target operating model. - Undertake the role of custodian for the local P3M standards and continuous improvement; utilising a centralised repository for PM knowledge, templates and local practices.- Manage effective P3M tools. Maintain a centralised repository for project information, status reports, work plans, proposals, change requests, etc. ensure timely updates and performance reporting process.- Establish and maintain governance for delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with corporate governance practice- Promote and nurture a culture that motivates and inspires excellent collective and individual P3M performance, embraces change that delivers continuous improvement; initiate and lead change and improvement programmes.- Provide a central point of contact for the Transformation, managing all stakeholder relationships professionally and driving engagement with governance processes as needed- Maintain an up to date understanding of best practice within the PMO Profession and contribute to the evolution of PMO capability in Anglian Water.What does it take to be successful- A strong understanding of Change and delivery methods and associated controls from conception to benefits realisation.- Brilliant communicator to different audiences- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience working with Directors and Senior Leaders- Experience setting up and establishing core services in a PMO at speed.- Experience in an Agile or Hybrid PMO would be valuable- Experience working in a Transformation would be desirable.- Able to influence people and manage conflicting views.Inclusion at Anglian Water:Inclusion is for everyone and we are an equal opportunity employer, which means well consider all suitably qualified applicants regardless of gender identity or expression, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or beliefs, age, sexual orientation, disabilitystatus or any other protected characteristic.
