Countless career opportunities We have an exciting new opportunity for a Transformation Office Analyst to join our team here at Anglian Water.As Transformation Office Analyst you will play a vital role in delivering the essential day-to-day PMO services needed to support the effective delivery of the Transformation. You will also support the Transformation Office Manager by taking ownership of asmall selection of the PMO services.These services typically include: maintaining schedules and plans; planning and facilitation support for strategic prioritisation events; financial planning and monitoring; decision-support; benefits tracking; maintaining risks, actions, issues and change registers,dependency management, resource management, supporting the communication mechanism and developing documentation.As a valued employee youll be entitled to:-Competitive pension scheme - Anglian Water double-matches your contributions up to 6%-Personal private health care-Annual bonus scheme-23 days leave, rising with service + Bank Holidays, with the option to swap Christmas and Easter holidays for those celebrated by your religion-Life Cover at 8x your salary-Personal Accident cover - up to 5x your salary-Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle-Lots of great benefits including 20% off new EE mobile contracts, discounted cinema tickets and a Cycle2Work scheme-Free parking at all offices, site and leisure parksWhat youll be doing:- Maintaining plans, financial monitoring, decision-support, benefits tracking, maintaining risks, actions, issues and change registers, dependency management, supporting communication mechanisms and maintenance of the skills/capability matrix.- Updating project registers and systems used for tracking and reporting, collating and compiling data for reporting and benefits tracking.- Coordination of documentation for governance meetings (i.e., preparing and issuing papers for the portfolio/programme team, preparing meeting agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow up).- Quality assurance; ensuring consistency of style, content and quality of key outputs such as workbooks, project and programme plans, RAID Logs and Project/Programme Highlight Reports. Be involved in project/programme health checks as directed by the PMO Lead/Manager.- Day-to-day management of the secure files in various SharePoint sites and filing of key portfolio/programme documentation in all central repositories available to the full portfolio team- Co-ordinate the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analysing, evaluating, and manipulating data, records, and other information and presenting data and insight through corporate tools. Maintain libraries, registers, and systems.- Collating project reports into overall dashboards for distribution at management team and programme board level as required.What does it take to be successful- Strong data and analytical capability- Ability to build reports and focus on promote key messages.- Able to coordinate and take the lead on some PMO Services- Excellent attention to detail.- Experience in an Agile or Hybrid PMO would be valuable- Able to challenge constructively.- Proficient in the use of M365 capability including PowerBI, SharePoint is desirableInclusion at Anglian Water:Join us and make a difference.
