Stockyard Warehouse ManagerHours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to FridayWarboys, HuntingdonGPS PE Pipe Systems are part of the Aliaxis group, a successful and renowned global manufacturer of plastic pipe systems for the construction and utilities sectors.We now have a vacancy for a self-motivated and experienced Stockyard/Warehouse Manager to manage site operations and the team at the Warboys Stockyard, Huntingdon.About the roleThe role exists to manage the stockyard and all associated processes, co-ordinating day-to-day activities with a primary focus on health and safety maintenance and improvement. Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and loads are scheduled in order of priority, responsibilities include planning staff to optimise output levels, maintaining picking accuracy and adhering to customer requirements. This is a varied and busy management role, with deliveries throughout the day you’ll need to be visible on the yard ensuring the smooth and safe running of the site whilst also generating opportunities for site improvements.Your skills and experienceWe’re looking for a strong team manager with at least 2 years experience in a similar Warehouse/Stockyard management role.
